Hi, I'm Madis Väin 👋🏻

I've been a professional software engineer since 2008. My journey began during the early days of Netscape and dial-up internet, where I discovered my passion for tinkering with computers. Since then, I've worked as a freelancer, built and sold startups, served as CTO of Cherry Media Group, and co-founded Namespace OÜ with Lenno in 2014.

Building Namespace into a sustainable software agency has been a rewarding challenge. We've created an environment where people love to work and clients return for quality software solutions. With our small but mighty team of 6, we've launched significant projects & products through continuous improvement of our processes.

My background is unique – I studied construction engineering in university and managed the Solaris Center's music hall project, overseeing all interior elements from stage technology to furniture. This experience working with contractors and investors taught me invaluable lessons in project management and collaboration.

When I'm not coding, you'll find me on the tennis court, sailing, or kitesurfing.
